• Colours and finishes may differ due to screen settings and the handmade nature of our products
   

4. Personalised Items

When placing an order for a personalised product:
 

• You are responsible for ensuring all details (e.g. spelling, dates, colours) are correct
   

• We are not responsible for errors provided by the customer
   

Once production has started, personalised items cannot be cancelled or changed.

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability
   

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason
